GOOD CHARACTER RESEMBLES EMAAN

Good character resembles Îmân and embellishes Islam. Muslims ought to eradicate themselves from wrongdoings and enhance themselves with noble manners. Evil misleads an individual to sin, on the other hand good leads to fortune and salvation in the world and the hereafter.

A nation bound to decadence is subject to exist in destitution and debauchery. Sustaining the safety of acreage, life, nobility and chastity is impossible in a setting in which decadence prevails. Duplicity and exploitation will supersede cohesion and harmony. Contemplate the situation of a human entertaining some immoral ideas and malevolent plots in his conscience; if this individual also possesses no fear of Allah, one can conceive him to act out any form of wickedness and immorality that you could envisage. The worst possible disaster for a nation is if, Allah forbid, such individuals rise in a nation.

Individuals who stay on the straight path outlined by our faith are unable to commit immorality as our faith forbids every one of the wrongdoings and transgressions that breach the codes of fortune and harmony. There are even firm punishments to be implemented in Dunyâ and the Âkhirah about those who breach these religious prohibitions. Islam forbids even the contemplation of decadence, let alone acting them out. An unpretentious believer harbouring trepidation of Allah in his heart cannot defy the values and ethics of Islam. The genuine dedicated Mu’mins will not commit any decadent or profane actions dreading the penalty in the hereafter and will strive to accomplish good deeds prospering to obtain the heavenly rewards, dissimilar to the false Muslims operating in the façade of religion while exploiting for their own cause.

The only resolution to reinstate our reprimanded virtue and morals is to grasp onto our din resolutely. Imitating kafirs is never acceptable. It is key not to forget that the most fortuitous and peaceful times for us Muslims in the past were the phases when we followed the guidelines and conventions of our religion closely.
